Where is Free? window tells you the state of each slot in the timetable relative
to the activity that you selected in the timetable. The state can be one of the
following:
- Free (Green) - the activity can be moved to that cell without causing any
conflict.
-
Scheduled (Blue) - the activity is scheduled at that timeslot.
- Conflicted (Yellow) - the activity conflicts with some other already scheduled
activity in that slot. The object that causes the conflict is written inside the
cell: T for Teacher, G for Group, R for Room and E for
Equipment.
- Blocked (Red) - one of the objects involved in the activity is blocked at
that slot. The object that is blocked is written inside the cell: T for Teacher,
G for Group, R for Room and E for Equipment.
View Settings
View Settings allow you to customize the way the timetable is shown on screen. You
can select which information you wish to see in the cells, change the size of the
timetable, font and other settings.
